In the near future a criminal case against the Krasnodar Territory Vice-Governor Alexander Ivanov will be sent to the Court (it was opened based on the records provided by the Krasnodar Territory Office of the Federal Security Service) who is accused of abuse of power during construction of one of the greatest sport facilities Basket-Hall in the capital of the territory.
The Investigative Committee has published the results of the forensic medical examination over a disputable criminal case over a passenger bus accident in which 16 people have died and 11 more have gotten severe injuries.

The Russia’s Investigative Committee has completed the investigation into embezzlement of a space launching site construction
The Investigative Committee has completed the investigative operations over another crime in the large case over embezzlement of government means that had been allocated for the Vostochny space launching site construction. The accused of this crime are said to be the former CEO of Spetsstroiservis of the Federal Special Construction Agency Andrei Yartsev and the former Head of OOO Stroikonstruktsiya S Anatoly Ryazanov and two of their alleged accomplices. According to investigators, they embezzled more than 1 billion rubles that was assigned to purchase structures. The defense finds the accusation to be unfounded.
The investigators have pressed charges against the director of Yaroslavl organizations which supplied gas and maintained gas equipment in the block of flats ripped by a gas explosion.
According to the Investigative Committee, during the probe launched in a gas explosion in house No 11 in 6th Zheleznodorozhnaya Street that happened on 16 February in Yaroslavl, it has been revealed that gas to the house was supplied by OAO Gazprom mezhregiongaz Yaroslavl while the gas equipment installed in the house and in flats was serviced by OAO Yargazservis, the CEO of both companies was Sergei Skornyakov.

In subsection “Internet reception” (section “Citizens’ appeals”) users can formulate electronic messages which are processed by authorized employees of the Department for consideration of citizens’ appeals and documentation in accordance with the Federal law of 02.05.2006 № 59-FZ “On procedure for consideration of appeals from citizens of the Russian Federation” and in accordance with relevant statutory acts of the Russian Investigative Committee.

The documents and files attached in electronic form should represent a single file without archiving. The size of attached file is 5 Mb maximum. The following formats are available for attachment: txt, doc, rtf, xls, pps, ppt, pdf, jpg, bmp, png, tif, gif, pcx, mp3, wma, avi, mp4, mkv, wmv, mov, flv.
Appeals with large texts and documents attached should be sent to the Investigative Committee by mail.
26. The date of Internet application is the date of its posting on Internet website, which is fixed automatically at the time of sending the completed electronic form.
27. Electronic documents, sent through the website otherwise passing the Internet reception are not accepted for consideration.
