LifeNews: social services seized child from an Italian family who beat him in Volgograd

The Head of the Volgograd Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has helped them to do that.

The General of the Directorate of the Investigative Committee became an unintentional witness to how a foreign citizen beat an 8-year-old boy. According to the source, Mikhail Muzrayev saw a man hit the child several times when he was leaving his job today’s evening. The Head of the Investigative Committee Department immediately interfered into the situation. He asked the man several questions and came to a conclusion that he didn’t speak Russian.

He turned out to be Italian and came to Volgograd with his wife to adopt the Russian boy. LifeNews found out that the Italian family adopted the eight-year-old boy in one of the children facilities of the Volgograd Region and was preparing to take him abroad. It is also known that the child suffers from mental disorder.

At this moment guardian authorities and children’s ombudsman are working on the situation, the child was seized from the foreign family until all the details are cleared.
