The Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continues investigating a criminal case opened over crimes under part 2 of article 105 of the RF Penal Code (murder of two of more people), part 2 of article 213 (hooliganism) and part 1 of article 222 (illegal purchase, transfer, storage, transportation and carrying of firearms).

According to investigators, on 14 December 2014, 10 people started shooting each other near a restaurant on Rochdelskaya street in Moscow. 5 men were taken to hospital with different wounds and two of them died later. Investigators believe that the reason for the conflict might have been financial differences and quarrel about debts.

At the present time, three suspects Pyotr cherchintsev, Eduard Budantsev and Vladimir Kostrichenko are detained and are being questioned. Investigative operations are underway to find out the details of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
