Today, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee held a briefing with senior officials of Ural Federal Districts directorates in Chelyabinsk. The meeting was also attended by senior officials of the fourth department of the Investigative Committee’s Directorate based in Yekaterinburg and the Ural Transport Investigations Directorate.

Mr. Bastrykin heard the progress and results of a number of most complicated and high-profile cases being investigated in the investigative authorities located in Ural Federal District.

Following the results of the meeting Mr. Bastrykin gave a number of explicit instructions to senior officials concerning the investigations and most relevant areas of their activity.
