The Major Directorate of the Investigative Committee has detained CEO of Forum holding company Dmitry Mikhalcheko, Deputy CEO of the said company Boris Korevsky, Deputy CEO of OOO KontReil Logistic Northwest Nantoly Kindzersky and CEO of OOO Southeastern Trading Company Ilya Pichko during an investigation into a criminal case opened under Part 3 of Article 200.2 of the RF Penal Code following an illegal transfer of alcohol over the customs border of the Customs Union on a large scale without paying mandatory customs duties.

The said individuals are charged with a crime under Part 3 of Article 200.2 of the RF Penal Code. Soon the investigators are going to ask a court to remand them in custody pending trial.
