Dead bodies of two 13-year-old girls were found on 3 April 2016 near an unfinished block of flats in Proletarsky District of the town of Tula. The Tula Region Office of the Investigative Committee has launched a pre-investigative check.

According to preliminary information, the girls killed themselves by jumping from the 6^th floor of the building.

At present, operations are underway to find out all the details of the incident. A procedural decision will be made following the check.
