Alexander Bastrykin received citizens in Moscow on 13 April 2016. The Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative Committee received residents of Stavropol Territory, Irkutsk and Moscow Regions. He also heard a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

Most of complaints related to procedural decisions made over criminal cases investigated in regional authorities of the Investigative Committee.

All citizens who came to the building of the Investigative Committee were received. Following the reception, Mr. Bastrykin gave explicit orders to heads of territorial investigating bodies. The review of all received complaints and appeals is under personal control of the Chairman.
