Cadets of Alexander Nevsky Cadet School of Investigative Committee take part in cadet parade “May not Break the Connection between generations”

On 6 May 2016, cadets of the Alexander Nevsky Cadet School of the Investigative Committee took part in the Cadet Parade on Poklonnaya Mountain in Moscow held under the slogan “May not break the connection between generations”.

Among guests of honor attending the parade were Patriarch of Moscow and Russia Cyril, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, Director of the Alexander Nevsky Cadet School of the Investigative Committee Igor Zaporozhan and heads of other cadet schools.

The Cadet Parade was dedicated to the Commemoration of St. George, protector of Moscow and the Day of Moscow Coat of Arms and Flag. In all, more than 2.5 thousand cadets attended participated in the event.

It should be noted that since 1 March 2016 60 cadets of the Alexander Nevsky Cadet School trained hard to take part in the parade. Taking part in the parade has become an annual patriotic tradition for the cadets of the Investigative Committee.

Mr. Sobyanin noted that the best of over 11,000 Moscow cadets were standing in the parade ranks. During the parade Patriarch Cyril sanctified the Moscow Cadets Flag.
