Protocol on joint meetings of boards of Russian and Belorussian Investigative Committees signed

During the meeting held on 23 May 2016 in Moscow between Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative committee Alexander Bastrykin and Chairman of the Belorussian Investigative Committee Ivan Noskevich, the two officials signed a Protocol on joint meetings of the boards of the two offices.

Opening the meeting Mr. Bastrykin said that the cooperation between the two committees consolidates constantly, develops steadily and gets new forms and areas.

The Russian official said that “meetings of joint boards of our agencies will allow us to react quickly to new challenges and threats. Such meetings are very useful because working steadily and discussing very complicated topics of regional security, expressing disputable positions, compromising, we at the end fight together against transnational crimes for the benefit of brotherly peoples of Russia and Belorussia”.

The officials also discussed other issues of bilateral cooperation, regional problems and taking joint measured to improve cooperation in criminal proceeding.
