The major office of the Investigative Committee has initiated criminal proceedings against Head of the city of Vladivostok Igor Pushkaryov and other individuals suspected of crimes under Part 3 of Article 285 of the RF Penal Code (abuse of authority entailing grave consequences) and Part 3 of Article 204 (commercial bribery).

At present active investigative operations are underway to find out all the details of the crimes. More detailed information will be available later.
