The Maritime Territory Office of the Investigative Committee has finished the investigation against two security guards of OAO Vladivostok Crushed Stone Plane Oleg Fetsych and Anton Tayursky. They are charged with a crime under Part 3 of Article 144 of the RF Pena Code (obstruction of legal professional activity of journalists by coercing them to refuse to spread information aggravated by violence).

According to investigators, on the afternoon of 7 June 2016, the suspects got physical with a journalist of Chestny Detektiv (Honest Investigator, Rossiya 1 channel) TV show and threatened to kill him near the central entrance to the administration building of the Maritime Territory Office of the Federal Security Service in Aleutskaya street in the city of Vladivostok. The reason for the incident was a task to make a story for the TV show about an ongoing investigation against mayor of Vladivostok Igor Pushkaryov charged with acts of corruption.

The investigators have gathered necessary evidence in the shortest possible time, so the criminal case with the approved indictment will soon be referred to court.
