The Krasnodar Territory Office of the Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case against director of OOO MetallStroiServis, a limited liability company, suspected of evading a corporate tax on a large scale (Part 1 of Article 199 of the RF Penal Code).

According to investigators, in the period between January 2013 and June 2015, the director of the metal selling company, filed VAT statements that contained false information. As a result, the woman evaded paying more than 14 million rubles in tax. The sum of debt is more than 94% of the total sum of all taxes that were to be paid.

At present, the investigator is studying financial reports and organizational documents of the company. Necessary investigative operations are underway to find out all the details of the crime. The investigation is ongoing.
