In Moscow, man found guilty of hostile takeover of building in Gogolevsky Boulevard

A court has recognized the evidence collected by the Moscow Directorate of the Investigative Committee sufficient to convict Georgy Pirumov. He was found guilty of a crime under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 4 of Article 159 of the RF Penal Code (attempted fraud on a very large scale).

The court and investigators have revealed that in the period between December 2012 and May 2015, Pirumov entered into collision with acquaintances of his Chernov, Lysakovsky, Chikhun and lawyer Ryzhov to illegally take over a building located in Gogolevsky Boulebard in Moscow. They devised a plan which provided for the violation of some civil transactions, including initiation of litigation and disguised as legal, but in fact aimed at criminal stealing of property.

Thanks to investigators the scheme was broken up. A lot of forged documents filed with different state institutions were revealed during the probe.

The court has sentenced Pirumov to 1 year 8 months in a minimum-security correctional facility.

 

At the present time, in accordance with Article 217 of the RF Criminal Procedure Code Chernov, Lysakovsky and Chikhun are reading the case fires. The case against Ryzhov has been severed to form a separate lawsuit and he is now wanted.
