The Sverdlovsk Region Office of the Investigative Committee has finished the investigation against 44-year-old CEO of a limited liability company and two of her accomplices – men aged 43 and 39. They are accused of a crime under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 4 of Article 159 of the RF Penal Code (attempted fraud committed by a group of people in concert and on a very large scale).

According to investigators, from July to October 2015, the accomplices acted in a group and attempted to illegally obtain the ownership of some 400 ha of land located in Sysert District, Sverdlovsk Region. The total cost of the said properties is more than 88 million rubles. However, they failed to accomplish the crime as law-enforcement authorities broke it up and because the regional office of Rosreestr (the Russian Registration Service) suspended ownership registration.

It should be noted that the crime was revealed and perpetrators detained thanks to coherent and well-planned joint operations of the Investigative Committee, regional office of the Federal Security Service and the regional police authority.

The investigator has enough evidence, so the criminal case with the signed indictment will soon be referred to court.
