In Moscow, member of gang led by Aslan Gagiyev to stand trial

The North Caucasian Federal District Directorate of the Investigative Committee has finished criminal proceedings against Arkady Gabalov, a member of a criminal community led by Aslan Gagiyev. He is charged with a crime under Part 2 of Article 210 of the RF Penal Code (membership in a criminal community).

According to investigators, Arkady Gabalov joined the said gang in 2010 as a legal consultant concerning the activity of law-enforcement authorities in North Ossetia-Alania, the city of Moscow and Moscow Region. He was responsible for not letting the gangsters to be prosecuted for their crimes by bribing law-enforcers.

The investigators have enough evidence, so the criminal case against Gabalov with the signed indictment has been referred to the Presnya District Court of Moscow.
