Investigators have identified the man who set off an explosive device at a metro car in Saint Petersburg. His name is Akbarzhon Dzhalilov, 22. Criminalists found his DNA on a bag with a bomb left at the Ploshchad Vosstaniya metro station. Conclusions of DNA tests and CCTV footage give the investigators enough reason to presume that the person behind the terrorist attack in the train car was the same one who left the bag with the bomb at the Ploshchad Vosstaniya station.
