Several media has posted the video tape, showing the man in the expensive SUV blocking the way to the children ambulance on the Solnechnaya Street, Moscow. Then the man stopped the vehicles and started arguing with the ambulance driver.

Alexander Bastrykin has ordered the Moscow Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee to launch a probe and give legal assessment to actions of the SUV driver.

Investigative operations and search are underway to find out all the consequences surrounding the incident.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time the ambulance cars getting blocked. Moreover, the doctors are being attacked as often. The Investigative Committee responds to every case within its responsibilities and legal boundaries, so responsible for such acts and crimes are punished. Such position of the Investigative Committee serves a lesson to those, who still doesn’t understand the purpose of ambulance.
