Following the order of Alexander Bastrykin the Nizhny Novgorod Region Office of the Investigative Committee has launched an investigation in the actions threatening safe traffic under Article 267.1 of the RF Penal Code after a BMW driver created a car crash involving a school bus.

According to investigators, On 24 April 2017, the BMW driver aware that there were children in the school bus, intentionally cut in front and created a potential car crash with the bus. His actions posed threat to lives and health of the children.

The investigators are going to look in every circumstance surrounding the incident and give all-round assessment to the actions of the car driver.
