The Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area – Yugra Office of the Investigative Committee has initiated criminal proceedings against head of a transportation company in the town of Nizhnevartovsk. The man is suspected of failure to pay wages under Part 2 of Article 145.1 of the RF Criminal Code.

According to investigators, the head of OOO Spetsstroitrans, a limited liability company, failed to pay wages to one of his workers between October 2016 and March 2017. The debt now stands at over 160,000 rubles.

At present, investigative operations are underway to find out all the circumstances surrounding the crime and to reveal more such crimes.
