A federal TV channel has showed today a footage of a running-down accident that happened at Domodedovo Airport in Moscow on 19 October 2017. A police officer on duty asked a taxi driver to show the documents. The taxi driver refused, got into the car, ran down the officer and dragged him on the bonnet several meters.

Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin has given an order to head of the Moscow Interregional Transport Office of the Investigative Committee to immediately start a full and impartial investigation and prosecute the guilty one.

Investigators are going to find out the reasons why the taxi driver not only ignored the officer’s request, but committed an offence against the law-enforcer.
