Investigative Committee Chairman congratulates Interior Minister and Ministry’s stuff on professional day

Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin has congratulated RF Minister of the Interior Vladimir Kolokoltsev, all employees and veterans of the Ministry on their professional day – the Police Day.

In his congratulation Mr. Bastrykin noted the importance of the police in battling crime and ensuring public safety: “This day units the police staff and veterans – all those who protects law and justice, fights crime, ensures law and order and public security. The history of the Ministry knows a lot of examples of courage, selflessness, heroism and readiness to sacrifice oneself for others. Police officers are always on the front line, come at the fist summons to help those in trouble and do their duty properly even under the most complicated conditions. Social stability, public quiet and confidence of citizens in the future, development and consolidation of Russia as a democratic and constitutional state depend on a large extent on the results of your work. High level of professionalism and expertise, adherence to principles and personal responsibility to the society are components of well-deserved authority of the police.”

Mr. Bastrykin wished Mr. Kolokoltsev, the staff and veterans of the Ministry sound health, happiness, wellbeing and success in their work for the benefit of our homeland.
