The Moscow Directorate of the Investigative Committee has opened an investigation in murder under Part 1 of Article 105 and illegal handling of gun under Part 1 of Article 222 of the RF Criminal Code.

According to the information available, on the morning of 27 December 2017, former owner of a factory in Ilovaiskaya Street in Moscow confronted the current management of the factory. He then took out a gun and made several shots. He wounded a security guard, who later died.

Investigators and criminalists of the Moscow Directorate are working at the scene and are being helped by metropolitan police and Russian Guard. They are working to find out all the circumstances surrounding the incident. The investigators are going to look into the conflict the factory’s owners had. The investigation continues.
