The Altai Territory Office of the Investigative Committee has opened an investigation against a 26-year-old resident of the town of Rubtsovsk suspected of attempted murder of a young child under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 2, item “c” of Article 105 of the RF Criminal Code.

According to investigators, on 17 January 2018, about 2 AM, the woman under intoxication of drugs threw her 2-eyar-old daughter from a window on the third floor. The girl fell on canopy over the entrance to the building and was not injured. She is out of danger now.

Necessary investigative operations are underway to find out all the circumstances and motives of the crime. Measures are being taken to find places the suspect’s children can live in.
