Some mass media reported on 27 January that a 13-year-old girl was raped by several people during a stay-over party in Moscow. The rape was filmed, and the girl’s mother went to the police after the video was published in social networks.

The Moscow Directorate of the Investigative Committee is running a check now.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee has ordered the Central Office to request the said reports, look in them thoroughly, ensure full and impartial investigation into the incident and take a legal procedural decision. The investigation is now under supervision of the Central Office.
