The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia and the Artistic Director of Saint Petersburg State Academic Capella sign an interaction agreement

Today in Saint Petersburg the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin and the Artistic Director of a State Budgetary Cultural Institution "Saint Petersburg State Academic Capella" Vladislav Chernushenko signed an interaction agreement between the Committee and the cultural institution.

The agreement provides for interaction of the parties in order to create conditions for development of civic responsibility and sense of belonging to the great history and culture of Russia, secure intergenerational resilience, preservation and augmentation of moral, cultural and scientific values of the society, building and consolidating of Russian statehood, variety of art forms and cultural innovations.

Apart from that, the agreement is aimed to draw attention of state authorities and public to the issues of charity, patronage of arts and other socially useful activities, providing assistance to war and labour veterans, veterans of law enforcement (investigative) institutions and their families and the families of officers killed in the line of duty.

Moreover, the parties agreed to develop joint cultural and educational programs and projects, music art classes, hold joint commemorative and anniversary events and to support by different means the students of Investigative Committee educational institutions in achieving their artistic potential.

The meeting was closed by the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia awarding Vladislav Chernushenko and Capella veteran Vitaliy Lavrov with a ministerial medal "For purity of Heart and Nobility of Actions" and the Director General Olga Khomova - with a medal "For Contribution".
