The investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Saint Petersburg have completed the probe against Galina Huseynova, Sennik Naroyan and Razmik Hakobyan under Part 3 and Paragraphs A, C of Part 4 of Article 162, Paragraphs G, H of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia (robbery with violence, murder), in accordance with their roles in the offence.
According to the investigation, Huseynova, while working in a charitable public organization, provided patronage for a 93-year-old single resident of besieged Leningrad, a WWII veteran, a disabled person of group II, the oldest employee of the Mariinsky Theater, who lived in one of the houses on Warsaw Street, therefore she was aware of victim's cash and valuable property.
In the fall of 2017, Huseynova decided to organize a criminal group to commit robbery against the victim with violence dangerous to life and health, up to her murder, developed a crime plan, involved Naroyan, who in turn took Hakobyan as an accomplice.
On November 20, 2017, Huseynova entered under the fraudulent pretext into the said apartment, then let Naroyan it, while Hakobyan was keeping a look-out. Acting according to their roles, Huseynova and Naroyan severely beat the victim, inflicting at least 25 punches. The accomplices searched the apartment and openly stole a credit card, personal belongings, as well as at least 130,000 rubles.
After that Huseynov and Naroyan strangled the victim, then together with Hakobyan they escaped from the scene, disposing the abducted at their discretion.
The investigators collected enough evidence due to which the probe was transferred to conclude an indictment.
