Investigative Committee launches Tough Talk programme


From time to time, each of us engages in a tough talk on a challenging topic. Emotionally, it is not always easy. But such talks bring us to unexpected and sometimes life-changing decisions.

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation launches Tough Talk programme. First guests of the new show are:

- Andrey Klishas, member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia;

- Anatoly Razinkin, Deputy Chief of the Main Directorate on Major Crimes Investigation, Chief of the Control Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia;

- Anatoly Sazonov, Deputy Chief of the Main Forensics Directorate, Chief of the Forensic Methodology Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

The topic of today’s Tough Talk is on examination activities of the Investigative Committee that have caused a lot of controversial opinions and comments recently. Who is not satisfied with thousands of solved and investigated major crimes? When will amendments be introduced to the law to eliminate final barriers for recognition of the most important part of expert units of the Investigative Committee by all participants of judicial procedures?
