At around 03:30 PM, 30 October 2014, a man was walking with a stroller with his baby inside around Bratsevo estate in Moscow. At that moment a tree fell on a stroller. At present the baby is at hospital.

Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has started a criminal investigation into the incident as a crime under paragraph “c” of part 2 of article 238 of the RF Penal Code (manufacture, storage, transportation of or selling goods or products, execution of work or provision of services that do not meet safety standards).

At present investigative operations are underway to find out all the circumstances of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
