The Main Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia continues the investigation into a robbery attack on the home of Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation Ella Pamfilova.

During the investigation, the investigators and police officers identified a suspect of the offence in the shortest possible time. Moreover, the investigation had swiftly obtained information and evidence proving the man’s involvement in the committed crime before he was arrested. By now the detainee has been delivered to the Main Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for interrogation. The man was arrested as a suspect.
