One of federal channels broadcast discussion of a story of a woman from Krasnodar territory who went on vacation and left alone three her children aged from 10 to 12, one of whom was adopted. While the mother was away, one of her juvenile children was hit by a car and was hospitalized. The oldest adult daughter reported that in childhood the mother had beaten her and an adopted child and the guardianship authorities failed to respond.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed officers of the Central Office to retrieve from the Krasnodar Regional Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia all pre-investigative probe materials in this situation for thorough examination of the complex of circumstances of the accident. Apart from that, investigators are to figure out living and upbringing conditions of children in this family and give an assessment to actions of guardianship and juvenile authorities.
