Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructs to organize assessment into violation of rights of Bashkortostan citizen taking care of disabled child and to assist her in obtaining comfortable housing

Today, a federal TV channel broadcast a story of a woman from the Republic of Bashkortostan upbringing her disabled son by herself. According to journalists, the woman lives in an old substandard house. Despite a court decision to provide her family with comfortable housing, the officials continue the red-tape at executing it.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia has instructed the management of the Bashkortostan Republican Investigations Directorate to immediately launch a probe into the violation of the rights of the woman taking care of her disabled child and to assist her in the implementation of her right for comfortable housing.
