Investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia, including military investigation, continue working on detections of violations during building of Vostochny Cosmodrome.

Investigators of the Investigative Committee of Russia have already referred to court 42 probes into embezzlement, swindling and exceeding official powers. 58 persons have been sentenced to imprisonment terms up to 11.5 years.

The sentenced persons include: former Head of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Dalspetsstroy Yury Khrizman; Chief Accountant of the Enterprise Vladimir Ashihmin; former Deputy Head of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Main Directorate for Special Construction for Far Eastern Federal District at the Federal Agency of Special Construction Mikhail Gelman; former Head of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Spetsstroytechnologii Alexander Nikitin.

Khrizman by his adverse actions inflicted to the state damage of 5.2 billion roubles. Nikitin - of 665 million roubles.

During investigation, damage of 1.5 billion roubles was compensated to the state.

At present Investigative Committee of Russia continues investigating 12 probes related to embezzlements on Vostochny Cosmodrome including the probe into ex-director of the Main Military Construction Directorate 6 Yury Volkodav. Investigation is taking all the required measures to compensate the damage inflicted to the state.
