Alexander Bastrykin requested a report on verification of information about violation of rights of two senior citizens

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin requested a report on the progress of pre-investigative probes organized by the Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia upon media report about violation of rights of two senior women.

Thus, a federal channel reported that some persons forced a senior woman from Moscow to take take a big bank loan and mortgage her apartment. According to the reports, the woman was guided by some unknown man. Having misled her, he took the money she received from a bank. Another woman, an 84-year-old widow of saxophonist Anatoly Sazonov was deprived from prestigious housing on Frunzenskaya embarkment. Presumably, the woman became a victim of a notary who tricked her into signing the expensive apartment over to him.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed to thoroughly establish all circumstances of the incidents and report on preliminary probes results that will influence the next procedural decisions.

The progress of the pre-investigative probes will be supervised by the Central Office of the Investigative Committee.
