Alexander Bastrykin puts under supervision investigation of a probe into rendering of services that do not meet standards of safety for life of health of rural school pupils in the Republic of Dagestan

On April 29, 2021 a federal channel broadcast a story of pupils of Khutrakh general school of Tsunta district of the Republic of Dagestan studying in almost substandard building and risking to be trapped under the rubble every day they enter their classrooms. The Dagestan Republican Investigative Department launched a probe into this fact under Part 1 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of Russia (rendering of services that do not meet safety standards).

Under investigation of the probe investigators will seize and examine relevant documents referring to this situation. Provided the grounds, actions (inaction) of authorities will be given legal assessment.

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin instructed to report on investigation progress and planned investigative actions and put the probe under supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee.
