Due to emerging reports about a disagreement of a mother with process of investigation into death of a 20-year-old student from Ivanovo Region, Alexander Bastrykin requested a report from the head of the regional investigative department. The Ivanovo Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia is investigating a probe into a death of a 20-year-old girl as a result of a collapse of masonry of a building of former polytechnic university launched under Part 2 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of Russia (neglect of duty entailing by negligence death of a person). In terms of the probe the investigation detained the head of logistics service of the Ivanovo State Polytechnical University. He is charged under Part 2 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of Russia. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia also requested a report on investigation of a probe into triple murder in Primorsky Region. On April 29, 2021 bodies of a 40-year-old man and two his 5-year-old children were discovered with signs of violent death. Into this fact the Primorsky Regional Investigative Department launched a probe under Paragraphs A, C of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia (murder of two or more persons including minors). The victim's wife was detained during search activities. Preventive measure for her is being decided upon.
Alexander Bastrykin requested a report on attack against a schoolgirl in Krasnoyarsk Territory. On April 19, 2021 near a house in Krasnoyarsk an identified man grabbed the minor girl's hand and started forcing her towards nearby garages. While in motion, the girl managed to hit the perpetrator. She escaped and ran away. The Krasnoyarsk Regional and Khakassia Republican Investigative Deaprtments launched a probe under Paragraph E of Part 2 of Article 126 of the Criminal Code of Russia (kidnapping of a minor). At present all circumstances of the incident are being established and the person involved in it is to be identified.
Apart from that, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia requested a report on a probe into death of a sixth grader in Velikie Luki. Alexander Bastrykin instructed the head of the Pskov Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia to establish all circumstances of the incident and provide a report on progress of investigation.
The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia put the progress of investigation of the indicated probes under supervision of the Central Office.
Alexander Bastrykin also requested a report on a situation with published complaints of entrepreneurs against law enforcement officers of Rostov Region.
