The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia gives a number of instructions to regional investigative departments

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the direction of the Moscow Main Investigative Department to launch a probe into torture of a boy by his own father and report on the progress of its investigation. Alexander Bastrykin also instructed Sakhalin Regional Investigative Department to launch a probe into attack of a pack of dogs on a child near a kindergarten to establish all circumstances and causes of the incident.

Apart from that, the head of the Committee requested an official assessment into launch of a probe into an inspector of Buryatia reserve who detained poachers.

Moreover, Alexander Bastrykin instructed the Rostov Regional Investigative Department to refer probe materials on provision of substandard housing to orphan children in Krasnosulinsky district to the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for further investigation and procedural decision.

Apart from that, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed regional investigative units to report about progress of investigation of probes into violation of labor safety rules at Mednogorsk copper and sulphur plant in Orenburg Region; beating of a pediatrician of Children's Polyclinic Department No. 33 of City Hospital No. 8 of Nevsky district of St. Petersburg; attack of stray dogs on a child in Murmansk; and of an assessment into violation of rights of a family from Udmurtia being  evicted from their only housing.

Alexander Bastrykin put progress of the probes and assessments under supervision.
