Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia gives a number of instructions to heads of regional investigative departments

Moreover, a number of mass media reported about collapse of a bridge in Orenburg entailing injuries. The Orenburg Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia launched a probe into this matter under Part 1 of Article 216 of the Criminal Code of Russia (violation of safety rules during works, entailing by negligence infliction of severe health damage).

Taking into account the high impact of the incident and aiming for full and comprehensive investigation of the probe, the head of the Committee instructed to transfer the probe to the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for further investigation.
