The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the direction of the Yaroslavl Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia to report about results of investigation of a probe into negligence at providing substandard housing to orphan children in Borisoglebsky district.

The Yaroslavl Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia has been processing a probe into head of construction and property relations department of Borisoglebsky district (Part 1.1 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of Russia), who signed a permit for commissioning of a substandard residential building. Today a number of mass media reported that the criminal case had been terminated by court.

The head of the Committee instructed the direction of the investigative department to report about measures taken to restore the rights of citizens.
