The Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia continues investigation of probes under Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia (rehabilitation of Nazism).
Investigators have questioned suspects - Andrey Akimov from Orenburg Region and Sergey Sakharov from Tomsk Region. In their testimony, they admitted the facts of posting photographs of Nazi criminals and repented of their deeds. The investigation also organized an inspection of computer equipment and communication equipment, seized during the search from the perpetrators in the criminal case.
Apart from that, investigation established involvement of Ukrainian citizens Dmitry Alekseenko and Mikhail Puh to rehabilitation of Nazism, they also figure in the probes. To remind, in May of the current year the said persons downloaded to Immortal Regiment of Russia website applications containing data about Hitler, Goebbels, traitor to the Motherland Vlasov. Such actions are aimed at approving the crimes of the Nazi regime established by the Nuremberg Tribunal.
In terms of the probes investigators continue to carry out investigative actions and search activities aimed to consolidate evidence and establish all circumstances of the committed offenses.
