The Investigative Committee of Russia warns about danger of aggressive riding of electric scooters

With warm weather episodes of aggressive riding of electric scooters in major cities and regional centres of country entailing injuries of people became more frequent. In Novosibirsk an electric scooter driver collided with a car. In Karelia the two-wheeled electric vehicle hit a minor girl right on the sidewalk. In St. Petersburg two young men knocked pedestrians over on the central street of the city. These are just a few examples of a big list of incidents filling news feeds every day. But the main problem is that the legislation of the Russia Federation is yet to provide restrictions for this new type of transport.
