Today, early in the morning, in Krasnodar Territory, as a result of a traffic accident, a regular bus slid into a ditch and overturned. As a result of the accident 14 bus passengers were injured; the bus was totally carrying 32 people. The territorial department of the Investigative Committee of Russia launched a pre-investigative probe into this matter.

The day before, a story about the so-called “equity raiders” in Moscow was shown in the news releases of a number of federal TV channels. At the same time, it was noted that during the filming of the story, a news crew was attacked. The Moscow Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia launched a procedural probe into the fact of swindling. Apart from that, investigators asked the prosecutor to transfer the materials on beating of the journalist.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the heads of the said investigative bodies to report on all circumstances of incidents, progress and results of the assessment activities.
