Alexander Bastrykin requests reports on progress of assessment in Krasnoyarsk Territory and investigation of a probe into Yessentuki resident

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed to report on the progress of investigation of a probe into organizer of a "death group" activities of which led to death of at least 2 teenagers. The Moscow Interregional Transport Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia detained a 19-year-old Yessentuki resident charged with committing an offense under Paragraph A of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia (murder of two or more persons). At present the investigators identified 2 teenagers who were deadly injured on the railroad in Lipetsk Region while performing sophisticated tasks of the detainee. He was charged and placed into custody by court. The progress of investigation is under the supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

Apart from that, Alexander Bastrykin requested a report on the progress of assessment of mass media information about violent treatment of a child in Krasnoyarsk. In the footage circulated in the media, a woman made a minor, who allegedly insulted her five-year-old son, to kneel down. The progress of the pre-investigative probe was put under supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia. The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia over Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia Republic has also initiated transfer of materials of a probe into beating from police bodies to the investigative department.
