Investigation of corruption-related probes completed

The Main Investigative Department over the North Caucasian Federal District of the Investigative Committee of Russia finished investigation of a probe into Dagestan residents Nuria Djanborieva and Zuleikha Alieva. They are accused of committing offenses under Paragraph A of Part 3 of Article 291.1, Paragraph B of Part 3 of Article 291.1 and Paragraphs A, B of Part 3 of Article 291.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia (mediation in bribery).

During preliminary investigation it was established that from July 2016 to January 2018 Djanborieva, acting as part of a group of persons under preliminary conspiracy, received money in total amount of 3 million 550 thousand rubles from residents of the Dagestan Republic. The money was intended for further transfer as a bribe to officials of the Federal Budgetary Institution Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise of the Republic of Dagestan of the Ministry of Labor of Russia for the illegal establishment of disability for the children of the above residents.

Later Djanborieva handed a part of the money to Zuleikha Alieva who was acting as a mediator and handed it to the head of the Bureau No. 37 of the Federal Budgetary Institution Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise of the Republic of Dagestan of the Ministry of Labor of Russia Zaira Agaeva. The latter illegally established disability for the minors for the cash remuneration.

The probes into Djanborieva and Alieva with approved indictments were sent to the Soviet District Court of the Republic of Dagestan to be tried on the merits.

Probe into Agaeva has been also launched and is currently on the stage of preliminary investigation.
