The Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia continues to establish all circumstances of offenses committed from 1997 to 2006 by members of Shadrinskaya criminal group.

As a result of search activities organized under the probe together with officers of the Criminal Intelligence Department of the Kurgan Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with force support of the Special Rapid Response Unit of the Kurgan Regional National Guard Department the participant of the Shadrinskaya gang Vyacheslav Pryamonosov that previously fled from the investigation and was put on the wanted list was detained.

Taking into account the evidence collected against Vyacheslav Pryamonosov, charges against him were pressed in his absentia in relation to 16 offenses committed during the period of his participation in the gang in 1997-2006, provided for by Part 2 of Article 209 (participation in a stable armed group (gang)); Part 1 of Article 30, Paragraphs A, G, H of Part 2 of Article 105, Paragraphs A, F, G, H, J of Part 2 of Article 105 (preparation for murder and murder); Paragraphs A, B of Part 3 of Article 161 (robbery); Paragraph A of Part 4 of Article 162 (burglary); Part 2,3 of Article 222 (illegal purchase, transfer, sales, storage, trafficking forwarding or bearing firearms); Paragraph D of Part 2 of Article 112 (intentional infliction of health damage of medium severity); Paragraph A of Part 3 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Russia (infliction of severe injuries committed by a group of persons).

The court ruled to placed him into custody in absentia. At present the accused in placed in a temporary isolator.

The investigation established that in 1996 in Shadrinsk of Kurgan Region the brother of the accused Dmitry Pryamonosov together with Yury Gorozhantsev created a gang consisting of four local residents who committed murders, attempted murders and mercenary offenses in the region until 2006. In 2006 the gang leader Dmitry Pryamonosov and three gang members were detained, probes into them were sent to court. The court found them guilty and sentenced to real terms of imprisonment. The criminal prosecution of Gorozhantsev was terminated due to his death.

At present Vyacheslav Pryamonosov is taking part in investigative actions. The criminal investigation is ongoing.
