The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia gives a number of instructions over data reported by mass media

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the direction of the St. Petersburg Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia to report on progress of investigation of a murder of two members of a family of a retired rear admiral whose bodies were found with multiple stab wounds in an apartment on Butlerov Street in the northern capital. The regional investigative department launched a probe into this matter under Paragraph A of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia. The Head of the Committee Alexander Bastrykin instructed to establish the person involved in the offense in the shortest time possible and to carry out a comprehensive set of investigative actions aimed to clarify all circumstances of the murder. The progress of the investigation is to be supervised by the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

Also in connection with the public appeal of the head of the national association of truck transport "Gruzavtotrans", the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the Central Office to study the issue of interaction with this organization in order to implement anti-corruption legislation. At the direction of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, the investigation will request the materials available from "Gruzavtotrans" for their study and possible response measures.
