Alexander Bastrykin puts under supervision a number of assessments into violation of rights of citizens

The Amur Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia is checking information spread by mass media about a situation in Pryadchino settlement of Blagoveschensk District where, due to a natural cataclysm circumstances, people are forced to move bodies of their parents on boats to bury them. During the procedural probe the actions of local authorities that failed to take adequate measures to organize ritual services and maintenance of burial sites will be legal assessment.

Also, the Tatarstan Republican Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia has organized a verification of information about violation of rights of citizens in Konstantinovka settlement near Kazan. Monitoring of mass media sources detected a message about lack of required road infrastructure in the said settlement due to lack of adequate of proper land surveying and uncontrolled sale of land plots. The citizens, including a big number of pensioners and disabled people, are worried about impossibility for movement of emergency services cars across the settlement.

Apart from that, the Vladimir Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia is checking mass media information about unfit for construction that were given to families with many children.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the heads of investigative departments for Amur and Vladimir Regiona and the Republic of Tatarstan to report on all circumstances and reasons that entailed violations of rights of citizens and to take measures to restore them. The progress and results of the assessments will be supervised by the Central Office of the Committee.
