Alexander Bastrykin requested a report on the progress of the investigation of a probe against a 36-year-old resident of Ufa under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (threatening to use violence against a representative of authority). As it was reported earlier, on August 13, 2021 the police officers of patrol service noticed a man armed with a knife and a weight who behaved inadequately, threatened with a knife and headed towards representatives of authority, threatening them with violence. As a result, a police officer, after firing a warning shot in the air, used his service weapon and the man was neutralized, suffering a gunshot wound to his abdomen, later he was hospitalized. The progress of the investigation was placed by the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia under supervision of the Central Office.

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia also instructed to report on the circumstances of the accident in Alexandrovsky district of Vladimir region, where 15 people were injured. On August 13, 2021 a passenger bus driven by a 57-year-old driver collided with a car with a semi-trailer, which was moving ahead in the same direction. As a result of the accident 15 people were injured, 6 of whom were hospitalized. The Vladimir Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia is carrying out an initial investigation, the progress of which is under supervision of the Central Office of the Investigative Committee.
