The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the direction of the Moscow Regional Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia to report on the situation with a dispute between a local entrepreneur and a family with a disabled child that was provided with a land plot in Solnechnogorsky District of Moscow Region.

The day before a federal TV channel broadcast a story of a continuous dispute between a family upbringing a disabled child and a businessman over a land plot provided by state in Moscow Region. According to mass media, after obtaining required documents and start of construction works the entrepreneur is trying to deprive the family of the land plot through court using different arguments.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the Moscow Regional Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia to report on progress and results of initial inquiries and put them under supervision of the Central Office of the Committee.
