In terms of a probe into disappearance of Nastya Muravyeva the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia continues to establish all circumstances of disappearance and death of the child.

Today - August 19 - a bag with the body of a child was found on the shore of Lake Obrochnoe in Tyumen. Initial investigative work leads to the conclusion that the body belongs to Nastya Muravyeva, who disappeared earlier.

A number of forensic examinations, including a forensic medical one, have been ordered, and the cause and time of the child's death are being established. The required complex of investigative measures is being carried out.   

Earlier it was reported that the girl disappeared on June 30, 2021 - she left home and did not return. In this regard, the Tyumen Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia immediately initiated criminal proceedings under Paragraph "C" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code (murder of a minor). By decision of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, the materials of the criminal case were transferred for investigation to the Central Office of the Committee.
