Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin ordered to report on the situation with violation of the rights of residents of an emergency house in Shenkursky district of Arkhangelsk region.

Local residents complain through the media about the inaction of officials and life in unsuitable and dangerous conditions. The Arkhangelsk Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia launched an assessment into this matter supervised by the Central Office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
